The service
Repeachy converts images you upload into repeating pattern files. Free accounts get limited, watermarked exports; paid subscriptions unlock HD exports and a commercial license as described on the pricing page.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
Your content
You retain all rights to images you upload and patterns you generate. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to operate the service (processing, storage of saved patterns, rendering exports). You must own or have rights to anything you upload — uploading third-party artwork you have no rights to is a breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
No uploading unlawful content, no attempting to bypass export gating or watermarks, no reselling access to the service itself, no abusive load on the rendering endpoints.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy), whose terms also apply. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund policy for refunds.
Service changes
We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the service entirely, paid subscribers receive a pro-rata refund of any unused period.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
