Pricing questions
How does the 7-day trial work?+
Start Studio or Pro, card required, and cancel any time during the first 7 days for no charge. Everything you export during the trial keeps its commercial license.
What exactly does the commercial license cover?+
Selling physical products with your patterns, selling the pattern files themselves, POD services, and client work. Your uploads and outputs are yours — we claim nothing.
What if a payment fails?+
Nothing breaks immediately: you get a grace period while we retry, plus an email with a one-click card update link.
Do you offer refunds?+
No — once a charge is processed it’s final, which is why the free tier and 7-day trial exist: evaluate everything before paying. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date; you keep access until the period ends. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected.
Do unused AI credits roll over?+
Credits reset each billing period — they’re a monthly allowance, not a wallet.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, upgrades and downgrades are prorated by the payment provider and take effect immediately.
